Overview

TextCortex AI provides an enterprise‑level platform that lets you build, deploy, and manage AI agents without writing code. The service is geared toward companies that need a secure, centrally governed way to add AI capabilities to existing workflows and software like Slack, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
You start by using the visual Agent Builder. A drag‑and‑drop interface lets you define an agent's purpose, attach company knowledge such as SOPs, purchase orders, and project plans, and choose from a range of large‑language‑model options, GPT‑5.6, Gemini 3.6 Flash, Claude Fable 5, among others. Once the agent is configured, it can be deployed in minutes to chat‑based platforms. Calls to the agent appear as normal team messages, and the agent can perform tasks such as reading status updates, generating competitive intelligence reports, or summarising project plans.
The platform also offers scheduling for repetitive work. An agent can be set to run on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, with results delivered either by email or in‑app notification. Scheduling is useful for tasks that need to be executed even when you are offline, such as generating daily dashboards or pulling up-to-date status reports from a Google Sheet or SharePoint document.
Security and data privacy are core aspects of the architecture. TextCortex is compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and it features a zero‑data‑training policy, meaning the data you feed into an agent never leaves your network to train the underlying model. For companies that require on‑premise deployment, the system can run inside a private data centre, keeping all prompts, documents and responses on the client's own GPU servers.
The platform supports integration with common enterprise data sources. Agents can pull context from Confluence, OneDrive, Dropbox, SharePoint and other tools, and they can interact with the organization's knowledge base by using search queries to pull relevant documents or SOPs. They also can perform data analysis or generate images through the GPT‑Image 2.5 tool.
Agents can be deployed for a variety of specific business functions: operations, content writing, customer support, or project management. Each agent can be tailored to a unique task set, and multiple agents can be active at once, providing a modular approach to adding AI into existing systems.
