Overview

Recallify is a cognitive support platform for people with ADHD, acquired brain injury, memory difficulties and cognitive fatigue. It captures what matters, summarises it and turns it into reminders and tasks, for use at home, in education and at work. It is available on the App Store, Google Play and the web, and universities, schools and charities provide it to the people they support.
What it addresses
Recallify notes that ADHD, brain injury, long Covid, dyslexia and cognitive fatigue strain the same five areas: memory recall and retention, organisation and prioritisation, planning and executive function, attention and follow-through, and learning consolidation. The app is built around these areas.
How it works
You record conversations, lectures or thoughts, or import text and video. Recallify creates real-time AI transcriptions and summaries, extracts tasks and reminders with calendar integration, and lets you ask questions about your recordings through its recall feature. It can also generate quizzes from your content to help with learning.
Research basis
Recallify was co-founded by a clinical neuropsychologist, its education lead is a consultant educational and neuropsychologist, and a neuropsychologist advises the team. It is running a 12-month, two-arm feasibility study in acquired brain injury, funded by the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Research and run with Professor Andrew Bateman at the University of Essex, comparing Recallify plus usual care with usual care alone. User stories on the site describe it as a second brain.
Pricing
There is a 7-day free trial on the Personal plan and the Recallify AT subscription, and you can cancel any time. Personal costs £59.99 a year (about £5 a month), with 600 transcription minutes a month, recordings up to 60 minutes, text imports up to 60 pages, video imports up to 60 minutes, unlimited recall questions, task extraction and quiz creation. Recallify AT, the assistive technology licence, costs £130 a year with no VAT charged, no monthly limits, recordings up to 3 hours, text imports up to 120 pages and video imports up to 120 minutes. Annual billing saves 33% against monthly.
Things to consider
Recallify is a support tool, not a treatment or a substitute for clinical care. Get consent before recording other people, such as in meetings or lectures. Recordings can contain sensitive health information, so review the privacy policy and data storage. Students may be able to get the AT licence through disability support funding.
