Overview

ContentFlash AI is an AI form builder. Instead of dragging fields onto a canvas, you describe the form you need and the AI generates the fields, conditional logic, validation and design. The company says forms are generated in under ten seconds and can be published in under a minute. A live demo on the site works without signing up, and a content studio is bundled in.
Use cases
The site lists lead generation forms that adapt to each respondent, surveys with conditional logic so people only see relevant questions, hiring forms tailored to each role, and customer feedback forms using NPS, CSAT and open-ended questions. Forms can be embedded on any website, and a conversational one-question-at-a-time style is offered, which the company compares with Typeform.
Response intelligence and agent actions
Each submission is analysed by AI, with a lead score, a sentiment tag, a summary and automatic classifiers, while aggregate insights update as responses arrive. Agent Actions let you build workflows that run on every submission: the AI classifies the response, branches on conditions, notifies Slack and drafts a follow-up email. Newer plans include early access to Agent Forms.
Pricing
A free plan includes 3 AI-generated forms, 100 responses and 50 AI generations a month for one seat. Starter is $19 a month with unlimited forms and 1,000 responses; Pro is $49 with 5,000 responses, unlimited generations, Agent Actions and three seats; Business is $149 with SSO, audit logs and API access; and Agency is $399 with white-labelling and ten client workspaces. Prices are in US dollars or Indian rupees, with 18 percent GST added. Existing Premium users at $6 a month keep their plan.
Who it suits
It suits small businesses, freelancers and teams that build many forms for leads, hiring or feedback and want responses sorted and followed up automatically.
Things to consider
Review generated forms before publishing, especially the wording of questions and the validation rules. Lead scores and sentiment tags are AI judgements, so spot-check them against the actual answers before making decisions. Automated follow-up emails should be checked at first to make sure the tone and content are right. Forms often collect personal data, so add a clear privacy notice and check where responses are stored.
