Overview

Pristina is an AI rendering tool for 3D artists, available as a plugin for Blender and 3ds Max and on the web. It turns low-detail models and plain renders into photorealistic images by using AI to enhance chosen elements of a scene, such as people, surfaces and vegetation. It is aimed at architectural visualisation, product visualisation and other scenes where realism matters but modelling every detail takes too long.
How it works
Instead of exporting a render, masking it in another program and re-importing the result, you work directly inside Blender or 3ds Max. You mask the objects you want to make realistic, configure Pristina with a prompt and press start. A high-fidelity image is then added straight back into your scene.
Focused enhancements
Rather than applying one prompt to the whole render, Pristina enhances each object individually and gives each selected object dedicated resolution. The site says this keeps the rest of the scene intact, with no random changes to areas you did not select. Geometry-aware masking aligns the result to your camera and models. This lets you build a scene with simple or low-grade models from libraries you already use and let the AI raise the realism of the most important elements.
Pricing
Your first 500 credits are free. The Discovery plan costs $18 a month for 1,500 credits, roughly 150 individual objects, and includes AI video, the free Blender and 3ds Max plugin, 3D geometric accuracy, cloud rendering, 2x upscaling, a human preset, an ultra-quality dual-pass refiner and transparent PNG mask export. The Professional plan is listed at $30 a month, discounted from $60, for 4,000 credits or about 400 objects. The site reports a 4.9 out of 5 rating from more than 600 artists.
Who it suits
Pristina suits architectural visualisers, interior designers, product designers and 3D hobbyists who want faster photorealistic results.
Things to consider
AI enhancements can alter details, so check that products and architectural elements remain accurate before showing work to clients. Credits are used per object, so plan how many elements need enhancing. Review the terms on commercial use of generated imagery.
