HeroHunt.ai is an AI recruiting platform for outbound talent sourcing. Its main product, AI Recruiter, takes a job description, searches for matching candidates across what the company says are more than 1 billion profiles on the web, screens and ranks them, and sends personalised outreach and follow-ups on autopilot. HeroHunt.ai is operated by Eevee Meets B.V., a Dutch company.

How AI Recruiter works

The company breaks the process into three stages:

Search: natural-language AI search that reads a job description and its context, rather than relying on filters and Boolean strings. Sources named on the site include LinkedIn, GitHub, Xing and Stack Overflow.
Screening: the AI looks at candidate profiles and related public data, scores each against your requirements and ranks the best matches for you to review.
Outreach: prompt-based, personalised messages are written for each approved candidate, with automatic follow-ups when someone doesn't reply. Verified contact details are looked up for outreach.

You stay in control by setting the job description and requirements, approving who gets contacted and editing the prompts used for messages. Position results show candidates reached and replies.

Other products

HeroHunt.ai also lists RecruitGPT, a GPT-powered candidate search, and a People Search API that gives developers access to its profile data. The site has integrations, help articles, a recruiting blog, a glossary and a Q&A section.

Plans and allowances

According to the pricing FAQ, checked October 2026, plans are built around monthly allowances of AI-screened profiles and email lookups, with unlimited positions and searches:

Starter: 2,000 profiles and 500 emails a month.
Pro: 5,000 profiles and 1,000 emails a month.
Team: 25,000 profiles and 4,000 emails a month, shared across users.

Lookups that find no email are free, and running outreach continues if an allowance runs out. An 8-day free trial includes 150 profiles and 75 emails and converts to a paid plan afterwards unless cancelled. The pricing page also mentions two free months on some plans. Who it suits

In-house recruiters, agency recruiters and founders hiring for roles such as engineers, designers and sales staff who want to fill the top of the funnel without manual sourcing.

Cons: trial converts to paid automatically; automated outreach needs care to stay personal and compliant; headline accuracy figures are the vendor's own.
