Overview

Simplify is an AI job search platform. It matches you with better-fit roles, helps customise your resume for each job and can fill out and submit applications on your behalf. The company says more than 2 million job seekers have joined and that it is rated 4.9 out of 5.
Copilot autofill
The Copilot fills in application forms for you, including answers such as why you want to join a team. The site shows it completing an application field by field. This targets the repetitive part of job hunting, re-entering the same information on every company's applicant system.
Autopilot
Autopilot, available on web and mobile, goes further. It tailors your resume, generates cover letters, fills out application forms and submits applications for you. Simplify says this lets you apply to 50 jobs with five minutes of your time. Applications wait in a queue, and you can see which ones were submitted.
Resume tools
Simplify reads your resume the way a recruiter would, scoring it and naming the skills and keywords you are missing for a role. For each job you open, it reads the description and suggests rewritten bullet points in your own words, which you accept line by line. A resume builder is also included.
Matching and connections
New roles are added hourly across software engineering, product, design, data, marketing, sales, finance and operations. Simplify gives a match rating for each role and surfaces people you already know at the company, including hiring managers, so you can reach out.
Other tools
A job tracker organises your applications, and Talent Scout serves employers.
Claims
Simplify claims a three times higher interview rate with tailored applications, more than five hours saved each week and 90% of the job search automated. These are its own figures.

You can try Simplify for free. Autopilot is presented as an upgrade to unlock.
Things to consider
Mass applying can lower quality and may conflict with some employers' preferences, so focus Autopilot on roles you actually want. Review every tailored resume and cover letter before it goes out, and never let AI add skills or results you do not have.
