Overview

ViralDashboard is an AI-powered social media management platform for creators, marketing teams and agencies. It combines scheduling and publishing, a unified inbox, an AI creative studio, analytics and reporting in one dashboard. The company says it supports 20 social platforms and more than 30 languages, and has published over five million posts for more than 10,000 creators and brands.
Publishing
You can connect accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, Bluesky and Reddit. Publishing tools include a drag-and-drop content calendar, AI-suggested best times to post, bulk uploads and content queues, and platform-specific formatting with previews.
Engagement and creation
A unified inbox collects messages and comments from every platform, with AI-suggested replies and sentiment analysis. The Creative Studio helps design posts with AI, and the platform includes link-in-bio pages, a feed reader, automation and a content strategy engine that the company says learns what works for your audience. Agencies can produce client-ready reports with the report builder and use white-label options.
Pricing
There is a 14-day free trial, and a card is required to start it. Creator costs $19 per month billed annually ($192 a year) and includes 6 social profiles, 1 brand and 1 user, 500 scheduled posts and 1,000 AI credits per month, 50 X posts, analytics, the unified inbox, Creative Studio and automation. Pro costs $49 per month billed annually ($492 a year), with 15 profiles, 5 brands, 3 users, 2,000 scheduled posts, 2,500 AI credits, 150 X posts, social listening, approval workflows and bulk CSV import. Business and agency plans add more capacity. Yearly billing gives two months free.
Who it suits
ViralDashboard suits solo creators, small marketing teams and agencies that manage several brands and want publishing, replies and reports in one tool.
Things to consider
Note the separate monthly allowance for X posts, which reflects the cost of X's API. Cancel before the trial ends if it is not a fit, since a card is required. Review AI replies before sending them to keep your brand voice consistent.
Starting with a few profiles during the trial is a good way to compare its AI replies and best-time suggestions against the tools you already use.
