Overview

Cloud Contracts 365 is a contract management platform for managed service providers (MSPs) in the United States. It uses legal AI to create, manage and review commercial contracts on your schedule, without hourly legal billing. Its pitch is that many MSPs run on outdated master services agreements that lack AI clauses and cyber liability protection.
Products
The platform has three parts. Contract Builder creates agreements from templates. Contract Reviewer uses AI to review contracts. Contract Manager keeps all commercial contracts in one place. A knowledge base, release notes and a list of legal partners and trusted providers are available.
Contract types
Templates include a Professional Services Agreement, a Master Services Agreement for recurring services, a Letter of Agreement for quickly formalising terms, a Non-Disclosure Agreement, a SaaS Agreement covering how users access a product and how data is protected, and a Managed Services Agreement defining scope and responsibilities. More employment and commercial templates are planned.
Attorney-developed clauses
Every contract is built from clauses developed and reviewed by US attorneys, aimed at staying protected and compliant across all 50 states. Contract language covers current risk areas: intellectual property, cybersecurity, backup, AI and Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) terms.
Managed MSAs
Cloud Contracts 365 offers actively managed MSAs that are updated as laws, vendor terms and industry requirements change.
Pricing approach
Pricing is SaaS-based, with predictable fees instead of hourly legal bills. The company claims savings of up to $120,000 in legal fees; that is its own estimate. You can sign up, book a demo or try the product.
Who it suits
Besides MSPs, the site lists ISVs, SaaS providers, Microsoft partners and startups. It describes itself as the number one legal platform for MSPs, which is the company's own claim.
Things to consider
Templates and AI review reduce cost but do not replace advice tailored to your business, especially for large contracts, unusual liability terms or disputes. State laws differ, so check how a template applies where you operate. Have an attorney look at negotiated changes that depart from the standard clauses.
Case studies and testimonials from MSP customers are published on the site.
